No-cost telehealth visits apply to any illness or injury – not just coronavirus (COVID-19). Members must use in-network primary care doctors, specialists, or mental health clinicians. Members mayalso use our partners MDLIVE® (for many group and individual plans, including plans sold through Access Health CT) and Teladoc® (for most Medicare Advantage plans) for virtual visits.
