Jackie is a nationally certified, contemporary Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher dedicated to sharing how to experience a more fulfilling life by imbuing daily Wellness practices to cultivate and enhance overall physical, emotional, behavioral and mental health well being.

Benefits include increasing present moment awareness, nurturing an inner reservoir of calm and clarity, reducing/releasing daily stress and anxiety, re/balancing the nervous system, improving the immune system, lowering blood pressure, cultivating compassion and gratitude.

Jackie completed a 200 hour course of Meditation and Mindfulness studies - with a graduate level neuroscience research focus – taught by world renown teacher and Hay House Author Sarah McLean from the McLean Meditation Institute (MMI) in Sedona, Arizona. Jackie is certified to teach Meditation and Mindfulness nationally from the Arizona State Board of Post Secondary Education.

(Sarah McLean was the Founding Director of Meditation at Deepak Chopra’s mind-body health center in Carlsbad, CA, and also worked with Gary Zukav, author of Seat of the Soul, and Byron Katie, Founder of The Work.)

Jackie teaches Meditation and Mindfulness to clients privately, in immersive small group workshop settings, and to larger teams in Corporate business environments in Fairfield County and Manhattan. Her clients are leaders in the Legal, Aviation, Insurance, Education (Library and University), Home Furnishings, Retail, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, Publishing/Media and Mental Health/Wellness industries.

Jackie has also completed a 100 hour Mindfulness@Work advanced master teaching certification program, also with Sarah McLean and the McLean Meditation Institute (MMI), now located in Santa Barbara, California.

A series Mindfulness@Work Modules are customized to meet the needs of Corporate clients, Individuals and teams, and based on validated global research studies, insights, and practices and techniques to live well and flourish.

By design, these Modules are based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, launched in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and Google’s Search Inside Yourself (SIY) Leadership Institute emotional intelligence leadership and communications mastery curriculum.

Previously, Jackie’s career spanned 30+ years as a new business revenue growth strategist, consultative sales and marketing professional, working with global creative branding and design Agencies. She continues to be a Wellness trends and design Advisor, keynote Speaker and published Writer – as well as passionate Pilates practitioner.
