Restaurants Invited to Join 2026 Norwalk Restaurant Week; Responses Due 12/1

The City of Norwalk is preparing for its 2026 Norwalk Restaurant Week, scheduled for January 20–23 and January 27–30, 202!. This year introduces a dedicated marketing campaign and parking vouchers for participating restaurants.

 

Interested restaurants are asked to email Alex Cross at across@norwalkct.gov by December 1 to confirm participation.

Rowayton Arts Center: Holiday Gift Show (Dec. 5-24)

The Rowayton Arts Center (RAC) presents its annual Holiday Gift Show, featuring original, handcrafted works from more than 50 local artists and artisans. Visitors will find ornaments, seasonal décor, jewelry, ceramics, knitted goods, cards, prints, paintings, and a curated selection from the Rowayton Gardeners. Proceeds support RAC and its educational outreach programs.

 

The show opens Friday, December 5, from 12–5 PM. Weekend hours continue with Saturday, December 6, from 10 AM–7 PM for Light Up Rowayton, and Sunday, November 28, from 12–5 PM. Following opening weekend, the show runs Tuesday–Friday (12–5 PM), Saturday (10 AM–5 PM), and Sunday (12–5 PM), closing on Christmas Eve at 2 PM. Follow @rowaytonarts for more info.

Norwalk Symphony Orchestra Presents "Holiday Pops" Concert

The Norwalk Symphony Orchestra invites the community to a festive holiday performance on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Norwalk Concert Hall. Audiences will enjoy seasonal favorites from Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker and Handel’s Messiah to Sleigh Ride, Jingle Bells, and more! The performances will feature choruses, dancers, vocal soloists, and a special guest in red. The afternoon concludes with a joyful audience sing-along.

 

Guests are encouraged to arrive early for a Suzuki Cello School prelude performance and to bring a non-perishable food donation for The Pantry at CT State Community College Norwalk.

Spirit of the Season: Supporting Children Through the Holidays

Filling in the Blanks has been nourishing children year-round since 2013, and this holiday season their mission continues with the Spirit of the Season campaign, running now through December 12, 2026. The organization will deliver warmth, comfort, and nutritious weekend meals to more than 10,000 children through its Weekend Meal Bag Program, and invites the community to help ensure no child goes hungry during the holidays.

 

Community members are welcome to support the effort through monetary or food donations.
